Unconscious Bias Workshops
Research shows that "companies that embrace diversity and inclusion in all aspects of their business statistically outperform their peers." Deloitte 2018 Global Human Capital Trends. To ensure our sector is a part of the trend, we have been working with local regions to run Unconscious Bias workshops and these are going off like a rocket over the country. The first two workshops have been run in Auckland and Palmerston North and here's a few choice comments:
