INSIGHTS: Active Response Issue
Thank you to all of you who have been in touch this week to ask questions, express concern and generate ideas.
On the one hand, we are deluged with managing unprecedented volumes of cancellations. You are also managing staff anxiety and motivation while juggling customer and Council expectations.
On the other hand, many people are already thinking forward about new ways to connect and activate our communities using virtual tools, the great outdoors as a venue, physical distance programme strategies while constructing new messages and resources.
