In the management of these contracts, you will audit to ensure compliance with agreed KPI’s and to keep up to date with our service providers’ activities in progress – along with their scheduled plans.

When customers have enquiries relating to the areas you oversee, you will be their first point of contact.

You will regularly review the overall condition of these grounds, helping to ensure that our assets are renewed periodically as may be necessary, and prepared in time (and to the standard required) for seasonal variations in their use.
