Are you passionate about the importance of learning to swim, outstanding customer service and committed to ensuring children are provided with swimming programmes that will teach them a precious life skill?

As the main point contact at the Council for schools, you will work with key stakeholders to enable the Learn to Swim and Water Safe programmes to flow and allow children to access swim education across the City. You'll be responsible for the end to end process of onboarding schools into our learn to swim programme and ensuring consistency across our facilities when it comes to booking lane space, customizing programmes and creating other opportunities for engagement. You will also act on behalf of the Council, administering funds to swim schools across the city, ensuring children are getting great outcomes and accessing the programmes.

The ability to problem solve while building and maintaining trusted relationships with schools is extremely important. You'll be a true expert in your field of Swim Education and understand the technical elements of swim schools, while being responsible for making the lives of teachers less stressful. You're the one point of contact which elevates any stress and roadblocks from the schools perspective, making it a fun and enjoyable process for all.

If you're interested in relationships and process this role definitely has something for you. It's heavily people orientated, requires open and clear communication as well as attention to detail and accountability. We're looking for a superstar who is organised, level-headed and comfortable working with logistics and scheduling. With the new and improved facilities that have joined our network, there are now more opportunities for you to grow the programme, attract new schools and get more year groups involved.

During the downtime you'll be completing invoicing, data entry, following up with external providers, pre-empting the needs of our customers for the weeks and months ahead, chasing up class lists and the list could go on. This role is one of a kind. You'll have the opportunity to influence the youth of your City to be involved in swimming and understanding water safety. Make an impact and get in touch today!
