Adapt and Thrive - Building a Climate Resilient New Zealand
The Ministry for the Environment offered up the opportunity to submit perspective to their draft National Climate Change Adaption Plan. The adaptation plan will set the direction for how NZ will adapt to the unavoidable impacts of climate change and address key climate risks up to 2028. The Recreation Aotearoa submission focused on climate change and disabled people, climate change and younger New Zealanders, climate change and local government and climate change and te ao Māori, as it relates to the provision of high-quality recreation for all New Zealanders.
