Many members will be aware that in response to the Whakaari / White Island catastrophe, the Ministry of Business and Innovation (MBIE) has undertaken a review of the Adventure Activity Regulations. 

The New Zealand Infrastructure Commission has developed a 30-year Infrastructure Strategy, Infrastructure for a Better Future. The document was open to public consultation.

Recreation Aotearoa has a made submission on the Tauranga City Council (TCC) Long Term Plan.

Recreation Aotearoa has made a submission on Christchurch City Council's Long Term Plan.

In early 2019, Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) undertook a review of its stewardship of Crown Pastoral Land, which Recreation Aotearoa contributed to.
