Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced and motivated Swim Squad Head Coach (Squad Coordinator) to lead and grow the squad programme at Trust House Recreation Centre. Working in partnership with Masterton Swimming Club, this role focuses on delivering high-quality coaching, developing swimmers, and fostering a positive, high-performance team environment.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager at Recreation Aotearoa, you will lead the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy to raise our profile, strengthen member engagement, and increase uptake of programmes and services. You will position Recreation Aotearoa as a trusted and influential voice for the recreation sector, delivering integrated campaigns across digital, media, and owned channels, while championing the brand and authentic storytelling that reflects Te Ao Māori perspectives. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team, and programme leads, you will provide strategic advice, support advocacy priorities, use insights to drive continuous improvement, and lead and mentor a Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
