Yvonne is the Training & Compliance Manager at Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa. She has over 24 years’ experience in the aquatics, recreation, tourism and workplace education sectors.

Recognised nationally as a Senior Assessor Mentor (SAM), Workplace Assessor and industry specialist, Yvonne has extensive experience developing staff capability, implementing nationally recognized qualifications, mentoring assessors, and maintaining industry compliance. Yvonne is passionate about developing people, maintaining the highest safety standards, and supporting the growth of New Zealand’s recreation industry.
