The Team Leader Customer Services and Engagement is responsible for managing, mentoring and developing a high performing team of Customer Service staff to ensure that all customers, both internal and external, receive a positive customer experience from Recreation Services.
We are looking for a leader with experience in customer service management, strong communication skills and proven public relations expertise. Experience working in recreation services or with local government is highly desirable. You will be responsible for establishing and leading the development of a customer-centric culture at H2O Xtream and across all public relations, communications and responses.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Leading, developing and inspiring our front-line Customer Service staff
- Creating a customer service centric strategy for H2O Xtream
- Engaging with the community in a meaningful way in partnership with the Upper Hutt City Council’s Communications team
- Growing community attendance throughout the Recreation Services departments
This role is a key position within both the Recreation Services management team and the wider organisation, so we are seeking someone who is flexible, positive and willing to embrace challenges.
