ABOUT THE ROLE – NGĀ ĀHUATANGA O TE TŪRANGA

Applicants will need to be enthusiastic individuals who thrive on being part of a team and are passionate about swim teaching. You must be comfortable working with swimmers of all ages and abilities in and out of the water, be approachable, fun and have a positive and friendly manner when delivering lessons.

We require people who are flexible, reliable and have positive professional attitudes. Strong customer service skills are a must when interacting with our students and their families. You must be dependable, honest, organised and have excellent communication skills.

• To deliver a high standard of aquatic education programs
• To ensure a quality, safe, informative and appropriate swim environment for customers.
• To maximise their enjoyment in aquatic activities and encourage ongoing participation.

Experience and relevant qualifications are preferred however full training will be provided. You will receive competitive pay rates, ongoing training and development and subsidized use of the AC Baths facility.
