Swim Zone Matamata is on the lookout for a passionate Facility Manager to help us create an outstanding swimming experience for our visitors. What you'll do

As our Facility Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated lifeguards, ensuring our facility runs smoothly and safely every day. Your mission will be to foster a vibrant team culture where everyone excels under your guidance. You'll be the face of the Swim Zone team, delivering high-level customer service and making crucial health and safety decisions.

In this role, you'll also monitor water quality, oversee plant operations, and handle daily administration tasks. Your responsibilities will include training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, managing operational budgets, and collaborating with contractors.

Who we're looking for

We want a proactive leader, ideally with experience in management or the aquatics industry, but your can-do attitude is more important than experience. If you are a positive role model who loves variety and community interaction, we want to hear from you!

This role is available to the successful applicant from 24 November 2025 onwards.
