
Supervision and leadership are two critical functions of the role, ensuring team members are effectively supervised, service levels are maintained, and facility presentation is to the highest standard. You will be pivotal in ensuring we retain a high performing team of lifeguards at the AC Baths and deliver an outstanding level of customer service. You will assist in inducting new staff members and you will be a coach and mentor to our lifeguards and senior lifeguards.
This position is deemed a safety sensitive position and will require a pre-employment drug test.

- Provide support to District Pools Operational Support with plant operation and water testing
- Deliver training programmes for AC Baths, Turangi and Mangakino pools
- Oversee daily operations at AC Baths
