With over 20 years in local government, Antoinette brings extensive experience in executive leadership, governance, and strategic development. Having worked with Hastings and Napier councils, 
 
Antoinette led major community services and recreation projects, and significant park and aquatic developments. Now at Ōpōtiki District Council, Antoinette oversees strategic planning for the township, including the Places and Spaces Strategy. Antoinette also has deep governance experience, including as an officer for the Napier City Council Community Services and Māori Committees, and as a member of the Hawke's Bay Sports Council. 
 
Passionate about recreation, Antoinette is committed to furthering the mission of Recreation Aotearoa.
