Canada has just completed its parks benchmarking for 2017, and results are available online. Just select peer filters and tick Canada. New Zealand parks benchmarking results aren’t available just yet, but audit meetings will be happening over the next 6 to 8 weeks, so results will be available shortly. If you haven’t finished entering your data yet, make sure you get it done soon.

Don’t forget you can refer to Yardstick to inform your policy development for measures such as area of park land per 1000 residents. Not only can you refer to reports for what organisations all around the world are currently providing, but you can see their target level of provision in the section on Strategic Planning.
