What the job involves

In this full-time position you'll enjoy a varied role ensuring our customers are safe in the pools and the aquatic area is maintained to a high standard. With a team of dedicated lifeguards and pool staff we offer a professional and fun environment that surpasses many other organisations.

Our Senior Lifeguards have a varied role supporting the Aquatics and Stadium Manager with day-to-day operations of the Aquatics team whilst motivating and supporting the Lifeguards on duty ensuring service level standards are met.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) on a set weekly roster working early, late and weekend shifts. You will enjoy two consecutive days off each week with one day falling on the weekend.

Who are we looking for?

As a proven Team Leader or experienced Lifeguard you will actively supervise the aquatics facilities and activities and take initiative to help drive a positive safety culture whilst ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You will mentor other team members passing on your experience and knowledge.

Our current Covid-19 Management Policy requires the successful candidate to have had at least two vaccinations against Covid-19.

Our minimum starting rate for this position is $24.70 per hour, with future increases possible based on your performance within the role.
