We are seeking an energetic and motivated Parks Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic Parks Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. With your genuine interest in horticulture and passion for working outdoors with plants, you will be responsible for all aspects of ornamental, horticultural, general gardening and maintenance work in Invercargill and surrounds
Our ideal candidate will have;
- A full New Zealand driver's licence - Class 1 with confident manual driving skills
- A formal horticultural qualification is desirable however is not essential
- Prior experience and a passion for horticultural activities
- The ability work unsupervised and follow health and safety requirements
- A good level of fitness and agility
- Motivation to do a great job and commitment to best practice
