We are looking for a motivated, pro-active person to assist the Facility Manager in leading our team of Lifeguards at Swim Zone Matamata. The hours of work will be on a rostered basis and you will be required to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

As Team Leader your key responsibilities will include assisting with staff management and training, assisting with the day-to-day operation and administration of the facility, lifeguarding and managing pool water quality.
