Yardstick Performance Analysis Reports

To get the greatest benefit from Yardstick, Individual Performance Analysis reports are available upon request. They are intended to provide a more in depth look at how your organisation is tracking against the other members of the project (total sample) and also a selected group of similar or neighbouring organisations or facilities (peer group).

These reports are a concise (20-25 pages), easy to read summary and analysis of your individual results. The content of these reports include:

• Methodology.
• The strengths and weaknesses of your organisation/facility compared to others
• Recommended courses of action for each weakness identified.
• Detailed analysis of your organisation/facilities results compared to both the peer group and total sample.
• A summary PowerPoint to enable simple presentation of your results to staff or Council.

The information contained in the individual Yardstick analysis report is suitable for inclusion in asset and activity management plans, and is particularly useful for driving an improvement programme.
