Is your organisation grappling with policy development in this area? Or have you already a policy in place that you would be prepared to share? If your answer is YES to either of the above questions then I would like to hear from you. A number of Councils are either in the process of, or have recognised the need for, the development of a Parks & Open Space Policy. Rather than working in isolation from one another, and in many cases reinventing the wheel, there is a real advantage to everyone in information sharing and networking in general. To this end NZRA Parks & Open Spaces offers you the opportunity to link up with others who are working in this area of policy development. Simply send your contact details to jude@nzrecreation.org.nz before 1 March 08.
