Hello all,
I'm trying to find out if there are any companies that conduct underwater surveys of pool tank (33mtr public pool) to produce reports on the condition of tiles/grouting/expansion joints etc?
Anyone have any experience of such?

I don't know of a company that does this however we are experiencing a failure of our grouting in our learners pool. The company that did the work and the company that supplied the product were asked to come in and inspect, and offer an explaination of why this occurred and how bad the problem was.
I would suggest you contact a company that supplies grouting to pools and ask that they have a look. Of course they may tell you it is needing replacing immediately and to use their product.! A good tiling company may be a good option also.
