The New Zealand Turf Conference and Trade Show 2011 The New Zealand Turf Conference and Trade Show 2011 was held at the brand new Claudelands Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hamilton, 27 - 29 June 2011. Claudelands has state of the art conferencing and exhibition facilities in a park-like setting only a few minutes walk from the Hamilton's CBD. It was the biennial conference representing the interests of the NZ Golf Course Superintendents Association, Bowls NZ and the Bowls NZ Greenkeeping Association, NZ Cricket, NZ Recreation Association, NZ Sports Field Forum and NZ contractors and trade sector. The New Zealand Turf Conference and Trade Show 2011 provided delegates from across the sports turf industry with a programme of high quality papers and ample opportunity to network. The goal of the conference was to promote and foster the Turf Management and Recreation industry by providing a framework for engagement with industry and networks as well as showcasing expertise and best practice. 2011 is also a significant year for New Zealand sport as we host the third largest sporting event in the world. |
